2009 Registration Materials

This page contains the links to the membership information and forms for the 2009 season.  You can download and print them out for your use.  We also have a link to our Registration Status page so you can verify that your swimmers are ready to be registered with the league.

Team Registration

This information, including the registration forms, is loaded to the site each year.  You may download either of the complete packages that include the information and forms or you can just download the item(s) you need separately.  You may print them out, complete the forms and bring them to your first practice to save some time.

League Registration

We also load the RCSL registration form to the site each year.  If you choose to, you may download, print out and complete  one form for each child to be registered and bring the completed form to your first practice to save some time.

If your swimmers were not registered with the League with our team last year, you will also need to provide a copy of their birth certificate or other official proof of their birth date.

Online Team Registration

We also have an Electronic Team Registration form on the web site. If you choose to register your family online, you do not need to fill out the BMST Registration form as we will receive this information electronically when you complete the online form.

You cannot register with the League or pay your fees online.  You will need to print out and complete those forms and bring them to practice along with your check for the fees.

Registration Status Page

Once we start receiving the registration materials, we post a page on the web site that summarizes our swimmers registration status (ready to register, missing a form, etc.). We have found that this provides a convenient way for parents to make certain they have met these requirements for their athletes.
