The Blue Dolphins' Team Store
Every year we have a team "uniform" for our swimmers to help build team spirit and unity and help the coaches find them on the starting blocks. The basic item in this is our team suit; we also have a team racing cap and team t-shirt available every year.
Our new Online Registration system will allow you to order all of these items online, either when
registering or upon returning to your family account after you've registered your swimmer.

Team Suits
This year, after polling our members and speaking with two suppliers, we
have made our decision for the team suit for this year. The
results of the team poll were:
New Suit Every Year - 20 votes
Team Logo Suit - 39 votes
Accordingly, we will be using a solid color suit in sapphire blue (roughly the shade in these pictures) with our logo from our bathing caps silk screened onto the suit in Green and White. These suits should be the same (relatively) from year to year. They also provide both genders with two optional styles. The girls' can get either a "Flyback" suit with narrow shoulder straps (shown at right) or a "SuperPro" Back suit with wider shoulder straps. The boys can get either a "jammer" style suit (shown at left) or a "brief" style suit that does not have any "legs".
The girls' suits would have the logo on their chest in the area indicated in the drawings at left (“Your Logo”) while the boys' suits will have the logo either on the right leg for a jammer style suit or centered on the back of the suit just below the waist for a brief style suit.
We have a Suit Sizing Chart that you can refer to in determining the size you need to order.
Because each suit has to have the logo printed to it, the suits must be ordered about a week to ten days before they will be needed. We have added them to the items you can order online for those of you that know what size you will need so we can get them to you ASAP. We anticipate sending in our first order immediately after the team outfitting (Tuesday, May 4th at practice) and then every week for the balance of May and early June.
Racing Caps
Almost all our girls and several of our boys wear racing caps to practice and compete in. While we encourage you to use inexpensive caps for practice (usually $3 - $5), we do have a very nice silicone cap with our team logo on it. This cap is more expensive ($10) so we encourage you to use them in meets only to make sure they last the season.
We do not plan to order any caps with swimmers' names on them this season but have about 35 caps in stock from last year. Once those are sold, we will order additional caps with our logo only in lots of 25 (minimum order) as needed.
Team T-Shirt
We have designed our shirt for this year and look forward to seeing everyone in them. It is styled after a shirt we had in the late 1970's and celebrates our 40 year anniversary as a team on the back.
We have regular T's available in sizes from youth small to adult XXL and have already placed an order for 100 of these in varying sizes to try to have most of you outfitted before the first dual meet. We also have ladies' tank tops printed in similar fashion in sizes from adult small to adult XL. These and the XXL T's will be ordered as needed to fill what's been ordered. We anticipate putting in at least two additional orders, one on May 15th and the last on June 5th, that would include these shirts plus any additional "standard" T's needed.
Ordering Your Team Wear
While we will accept paper orders at practice for these items, the best way to order and receive your team wears will be through the new Online Registration system as mentioned above. If you have already established your Family Online Account, you can go there to place your order for all these items - just click on the button below.
If you haven't registered online yet, you will have the option to order the needed suit(s) when you register each child. Use the Online Registration Link at the left of this page to go to that part of our web site.
All American Aquatics, our new supplier, is a local small business and has a small storefront on the Bolles School Campus (7400 San Jose Blvd. between Baymeadows and University Blvd.) at the swimming pools. In addition to a full line of swim suits and competitive swimming accessories, they have "sizing kits" to help determine the swimmers proper suit size to order.
