Cost
Program & Dessert: $5.00 per person
As mentioned above, we have substantially reduced the cost of the program this year by eliminating the dinner from the event. As a result, everyone will pay the same, adult or child, and the fee will be used to cover the facility's room charges, decorations and the cost of the desserts.
Reservations
Advanced reservations and payment are required so we can get a head count for the desserts and set up.
You may use the links above to:
- Use your online account to make your reservation and pay (preferred) or
- Download and complete the paper reservation form and return it, along with your payment, on or before Sunday, July 31st at the Championship Afterglow.
There will be a folder in the "Blue Box" marked "Banquet" - please place your completed paper forms and payments in this folder.
Registration at the Banquet
Everyone attending the banquet will need to check in at the tables outside the sanctuary before entering.
The registration tables will have a list of all who submitted a Reservation Form and Name Tags that will be given to everyone. You will need to wear the name tag to enter the sanctuary.
If you have any last minute changes to your plans (additional or fewer people, etc.), we can best accommodate them at this table.
If you did not return a Reservation Form and/or payment, but then want to attend the ceremony, you will be able to do so by registering at these tables and/or paying the fees.
