Date & Times

While we would have liked to keep the event on Wednesday, the top three facilities we looked at were all unavailable that night. As a result, we have decided to have the Awards Ceremony on:

• Tuesday, August 2, 2011
• Registration will begin at 6:15 p.m.;
• The Program & Awards Presentation will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. and
• Dessert will be served in the Courtyard after the Program.
• We plan to be finished with everything around 9:30 p.m.

Season & Championship Meet Highlights – Slide/Video Shows – Presentation of Trophies to ALL Swimmers -  Presentation of Most Improved Trophies – Presentation of Coaches’ Gifts – Dessert in the Courtyard following Awards Program
