This section of our web site contains the information specific to our most current season. Use the links above to go to the pages described below. We include information such as forms, schedules, meets, social events and the like that are either scheduled for specific dates or change from season to season.
Registration Information
This page contains the links to the membership information and forms for the 2011 season. You can download and print them out for your use.
New last year was the ability to register for the team, pay registration fees, purchase team t-shirts and caps and register and pay for the various other team activities online. Use the link below to go to this portion of our web site once it is active (sometime in early March).
We also have a link to our Registration Status page so you can verify that your swimmers are ready to be registered with the league.
Team Wear
Every year we have a team "uniform" for our swimmers to help build team spirit and unity and help the coaches find them on the starting blocks. The basic item in this is our team suit; we also have a team racing cap and team t-shirt available every year.
Schedules
Each year, we place our practice and meet schedules on the web site for easy reference. The meet schedule also contains links to the information specific to that meet - location, time, events, entries, worker schedules, results & meet summary.
Dual & Championship Meet Information
We put information about each upcoming meet on this page. The information posted includes the days,
times and location of the meet; the swimmer's event entries; the parent volunteer worker schedule
and, once completed, links to the meet results.
Online Results Database
Our team management software now gives us the capability to post a "Team Results Database" online on a site provided by Hy-tek. The software allows us to post up to three years' data and we have chosen to list our results dating back to the 2008 RCSL Championship Meet. The site will include those meets (6 & U and "Big" Champs) plus all our dual and championship meet results for 2009 and 2010. As we swim meets in 2011, we will update this database for each of the meets as well as posting the complete results on our web site as we've always done.
Blue Dolphin Pups Lesson Program
Coach Cassie Craddock noticed how many of the younger siblings of our swimmers come to our early practice and play in the "kiddie" pool while the older swimmers practice. She pointed out that these are potential future Blue Dolphins and suggested that we could run a brief " lesson" program to make certain these little guys and gals are safe in the water and know some of the basics like putting their faces in the water, blowing bubbles, floating on their backs and stomachs, etc. Coach Cassie has agreed to run this program for us this summer as a new offering for the team.
Team Fund Raisers
Like most other recreational programs, we rely on fund raisers to keep the costs to our members down. Over the years, our Swim-Along has proven to be our most effective way to raise money to support the team and keep our fees the same for the past 9 years. In addition, we have some other small fund raisers that some of our parents have executed like our annual Spaghetti Psych Up Dinner, Team Wear Sales and our Pizza Party that have become team traditions.
Awards Banquet
We end each season with a fantastic Awards Banquet with dinner, slide shows, awards presentations and lots of fun! This page will have the information for this season's banquet posted to it as plans are finalized. You will also be able to link to our online registration for this event through this page.
Other Season Activities
While most of our focus is on the swimming pool, we do find time to squeeze in some other activities during the season (the graphic at right is a hint). We've listed these activities on this page of the site for your reference during the year and will place additional items and links on the page as the season progresses.
