Online Parent Volunteer System
One of the capabilities of the new system is the ability to allow our parents to volunteer to work at the various swim meets. We have always allowed our parents to volunteer to work at swim meets through the web site - all we are doing this year is moving that capacity to this service. By doing so, you can volunteer for any job, on any shift, at any meet at any time.

In order to use this volunteer system, you must have already registered at least one swimmer for the team and, thereby, established your Online Account. We have posted a brief explanation of how to use the Online Parent Meet Volunteer portion of the system and the related link below.
Please take a moment to read through the Introductory Page of this section and this page before actually using the Online Parent Volunteer System for the team. There is some very important information about the system on this page and the other pages in this section that will make your use of the system much easier.

Volunteering to Work at Swim Meets
Click on the Volunteer Now link below to start the process. Log in using your Online Account username and password and you will be shown a screen with a list of your account's participants. If your name isn't listed, you can click on the "Add Participant" link and add your details (this way, we have the right name and contact information for our lists) and click continue. The next screen will have a list of the meets for the season for you to choose from. You may select one, several or all of the meets to volunteer for at this point.

Once you select the meets and click on continue, a new screen showing the meets and the jobs for that meet will open up. Note that the number of "slots" still needing to be filled for each job will be listed in red below the Job description. Go down the list, selecting the appropriate choice for each meet and again click continue. You will be shown a confirmation page that you may print out as a reminder. You will also be sent an e-mail with this information.
Once you have set your initial meet volunteer schedule, you can edit it through you Online User Account using the View/Edit Forms link or the Edit Information link on your Home Page.
